I recently had a transaction with "Savage Lucy" in which I traded with her a beautiful Luchia Fashion Royalty doll for a reroot of a Natalia. She sent me pictures when she was finished which was very soon after she received the doll. The part looked lumpy and I could see spaces between the plugs. I commented on that and she said she would fill in the spaces. She provided me with another picture and I could tell that more hair was added but the plugs were huge and irregularly placed. I just told her to return the doll with the rest of the saran I had provided. There were supposed to be streaks of 2 different shades of blonde but she didn't do that well and it basically looked like one color was used.
I have had to send this doll to someone else to have it done over! I do not recommend that you use her rerooting services.
