I've done over 100 transactions on EBAY and fortunately have only encountered about 5 really bad transactions in the last 8 years. I'm presently
going through a hellish transaction at the moment that I could have avoided if I had followed the advice I normally give to others. I notice that it is almost
always the same thing " Bad attitude and unprofessional behavoir and communication problems " on the part of the Seller. It finally dawned on me that
a potential bad transaction normally reveals itself even before you win the item. I've decided to follow my own good advice in the future.
1° A bad transaction normally reveals itself with poor communication right from the start. If the seller won't communicate or will communicate in an
evasive way when you ask questions before you buy, communication is not likely to improve once you buy the item !
2° Yes, communication is everything ! I noticed if the seller lacks this skill normally they also lack the smarts to follow through with a good transaction and
give a buyer satisfaction.
3° Read negative feedback on the Seller, if communication problems come up in the feedback, steer clear of these sellers.
