I purchased in April 2007 (I paid using paypal) an
Ayumi mini-giftset doll from an official fashion royalty retailer in
the UK "The Glamorous Image" (www.fashiondoll.co.uk). My contact was Ms
Yvonne Griffiths. Despite many reminders,
I never received the purchased doll. Ms Griffiths answered to my mails
at the beginning, to confirm receipt of the payment, etc... In a mail
dated September 2007, she informed me that dolls must come in and then
be sent out over the next four weeks. She said she will send me another
message with more detail shortly. But 4 weeks after that I did not
receive any news and no answer to my reminders. I am a little afraid
now since I paid nearly one year ago and although on their web site
they say that they are authorised dealers for Fashion Royalty dolls, it
is not mentioned on the list of retailers in Europe on the Fashion
Royalty site anymore. Be careful with this seller !
