I bid on, and won, a repaint by seller Sophie Nix, eBay seller ID chowboy16, and paid for the doll with Pay Pal immediately. 2 weeks later, I
still had not heard a peep from seller, so I wrote and asked what was up. She finally replied that she had been under the weather after oral surgery, and would
mail doll first thing Monday morning. That was a week ago. Doll has still not arrived, so I wrote to her again, last night, and asked her to tell me when she
would definitely be sending the doll. No response, but this morning a notice from Pay Pal that she refunded my money, with a short note from her telling me
"I have no excuses." I did NOT want a refund. I wanted the doll she sold me. I think she must have just changed her mind, and decided she didn't
really want to sell. In any case, it's just bad business, and I am very disappointed.
