The Ebay seller I would like to point out is guyzanddollz4

So far I actually havent had a negative experience with them, but would just like to make aware that, for a business that appears to care about customer service, their communication is poor.

Just over 3 months ago I purchased 2 Barbie's from them on pre-order, which are yet to be released. Now while I did this willingly, I wasn't expecting to be waiting this long when it was indicated I was to be expecting my dolls after 30 days, otherwise I was entitled to ask for a full refund as per the terms on their auctions. Well it has been well over 30 days and I have asked for that refund, only to hear nothing back!! I checked out their feedback and they've been leaving feedback for buyers so I know they have been on Ebay and would have received my email, so to just ignore it like that seems very unprofessional and is dissapointing to me.

As I said to them, why state that if they aren't going to honour it? Personally, it's because they want to keep my money and try and build trust for other potential buyers, but as I haven't actually been ripped off (yet) I won't go into that.

I know they prefer to be called on their toll free number, but living in Australia makes that difficult with time differences etc.

I bought from them because I thought they had a really good reputation as they have been around a long time, but if they can't even respond to simple emails then I'm sorry to say but I might have to reconsider where I puchase from in future :(
