I am having a problem with Ms. Bell. She has had two of my dolls and a deposit (rather a large one, over $400) for over a year and I have had no
updates from her on the status of my commissions in this time period and she has not responded to any of my emails politely asking for the status.
Since I am no longer actively collecting Tyler fashion dolls I have asked if she could just please complete one doll, any doll, for the amount I have already paid and send it in time to be donated to MetroDoll's Auction in September. No response at all other than a "form" email.
I don't know what else I can do?
