My complaint is in reference to the 2006 Secret Santa Swap hosted on Prego. My swap partner was Kedra Manning. Ms. Manning posted on December 3 that my swap gift, a very lovely repainted Suzette named Bekki, would be coming my way shortly. Both Sue Baker and I received USPS tracking numbers for that doll and no package was ever sent. Further inquiries by Sue and I met with at least two other promises that the package would be sent--and another tracking number that was never sent. To date, I have never received my swap gift from Ms. Manning though she has reassured both Sue and I that it will be sent. Whatever her gift was, Kedra definitely received something and she didn't come through with her part of the deal.
