Kevin Kilmer and the Story of the Missing QOH Natalia
In March 2006, Kevin e-mailed me after I posted a query about not being able to get the basic Modern Pompadour series girls. He managed to get 2 confirmed orders and offered me the 2nd set of 4 dolls. He kindly let me pay them off and they were all paid up on 16 June 2006.
Well, he asked if I wanted to wait for Natalia and send all the girls at once and I said yes.
July came and went no Natalia, August came and went, no Natalia. All the mean time I was told not to worry as his seller was very reliable. After a few e-mails asking to find out about Natalia, I was still getting fobbed off by beng told not to worry. In September, I demanded that another Natalia be located and for all dolls to be sent or refund my money (all $400 +). In early October 3 dolls arrived - no Natalia.
So, at the present I am STILL waiting for a Natalia. I have been told that he is getting Natalia via Suzanne who seems to be sick and has let his order slip. Why hasn't she got anyone to help her? This order was apparently placed in Sept/Oct 2006.
Last week I told Kevin to forget all about Natalia as I am sick of waiting and hearing excuses. I asked for my money back ($105) and hae yet to see it. I noticed that yesterday he was posting asking for a rather expensive convention doll. Should he not reprioritise and repay what I am owed rather than forking out MY money on HIS doll. This is the last time I will deal with Kevin. The doll has been out for over 6 months, she was paid up front and I am out $105 and now doll to show for it. I would like to see my money returned A.S.A.P. just as he promised on Sunday 21 January 2006.

I once again asked for my refund and asked about the rather expensive doll that he requested on a couple of boards. I was told that the doll was not for him, he was asking for a friend and I will get my refund in a few days. I have heard nothing but excuses for the last 6 months.
This is the 3rd time I have asked for a refund and still nothing.

Update - Kevin has repaid less that half of the amount owing. He put it through as a Paypal payment rather than a refund and I end up losing out again. His excuse for under-repayment was that he fell short... As the new FR's have just been released, I am sure that my money will be used for his deposits.
I am not happy, and yes, as you can probably guess, I am quite bitter about this whole issue. It has been nearly 12 months since this whole debarcle started.

Well, he still owes me at least $55, nothing has been recieved and Kevin seems to have used my money to pay for his 2007 FR pre orders. I would not recommend dealing with this person at all.

After having to threaten Kevin with making the whole issue public, I get a tissue story and finally the rest of my money back.
Please be wary in dealing with the man as you will get excuse after excuse. I have at least 6 months of excuses on e-mail that I am keeping in archive.
