This buyer won one of my auctions in January 2015, and she immediately started alleging false "defects." It was clear from the detailed photos I took of the doll for the auction that these defects did not exist. Among her claims were split seams on the doll and a damaged shoe, which were not there when I photographed and sent the doll. She then accused me of "wedging" the doll into a box that was too small, saying that this caused the damage. None of this was true. Ebay, of course, has not asked her to substantiate any of these claims (she has refused to send photos), and they are compelling me to issue her a refund, including return shipping.
